Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Prepare and present breakfast dishes tailored to guest preferences, maintaining high culinary standards.
• Plan and execute breakfast menus, including hot and cold items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen to uphold health and safety regulations.
• Work efficiently during busy breakfast hours to meet guest demands.

Duties:

• Prepare a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service.
• Follow health and safety policies diligently.
• Assist in stock control and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of 2-4 years in a similar breakfast or culinary role.
• Strong culinary skills with a creative approach to menu execution.
• Good time management skills, capable of working under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Demonstrated creativity in food preparation.

Familiarity with the following:

• Hospitality and hotel industry standards.
