Role Summary

As a Graduate Trainee, you will:

• Gain the necessary experience and on-the job coaching to support your transition into the working environment whilst gaining industry insights and best practices
• Build on your theoretical knowledge to create business solutions
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to work deliverables and projects
• Participate in rotational training modules across various departments -where applicable

Role Requirements

• The following qualifications are applicable: a Bachelor's Degree /Btech /Post Graduate qualification in: Mechanical Engineering/Production Management/ Mechatronics and Industrial Engineering
• A growth mindset, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to skill development.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing environments.
• Flexibility to relocate or work in various locations within South Africa (where necessary)
• Applicants who have participated in the YES programme before do not qualify
• South African citizenship
