What will you do?
Up for a new challenge, feel you can make a difference? The Brokers Department is looking for an enthusiastic individual who would like to fill the above-mentioned role. This job is focused on sales, the retention and profitable growth of allocated broker portfolios through the development and management of strong relationships with intermediaries and internal business partners. Ensure successful implementation and management of short-term initiatives
What will make you successful in this role?
Grade 12/Standard 10/ NQF 4
Must have RE
5 to 6 years in a relationship management role within Sales.
Minimum 2 years Short term insurance technical product knowledge
Minimum 2 years Short term insurance technical underwriting knowledge
In-depth knowledge of financial analysis process and statistics
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
Support and Achieve sales strategy and business plan for the individual broker
Facilitate the sales process and ensure that brokers deal with correct channels
Establish and manage strong relationships with brokers including business managers
Growth of allocated broker portfolios
Assist in identifying new potential brokers and opportunities for business growth
Awareness of competition and market information
Monthly report analysis of figures down to broker level
Mange and oversee overall broker portfolio management
