    Broker Sales Administrator

    Requirements

    • Matric or qualification equivalent to matric essential
    • At least six months experience in a call centre beneficial

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • The Broker Sales Administrator will primarily be responsible for converting leads into quotes with minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place including, but not limited to:
    • Achieve monthly quote target
    • Achieve conversion targets
    • Maintain below threshold complaints to workload ratio
    • Quality minimum standard to be achieved
    • Uphold and perform within service levels
