Manage market share data and the associated data warehouse and analytics
Market share analysis, tracking and reporting to key stakeholders
Apply relevant forecasting methodologies to set volume budgets
Tracking of performance on key initiatives to drive revenue and volume growth
Monitor sales performance: sales volume, distribution, trade/consumer campaigns and NPDs to identify and highlight gaps versus expectations /targets
Provide deeper insights to sales teams for setting sales targets and action plans
Analysis of the business weekly to understand demand vs. sales to ensure that supply chain have adequate information to plan the business in the short to medium term
Feeding this analysis into S&OP to ensure that demand planning and sales are aligned on overall volumes
Build sales targets at BDR by month levels to support the scorecard from the backend
Set quarterly objectives, and then build quarterly sales incentives targets to support these
Provide channel support – reporting, insights, target setting and dealing tracking
End to end management of short-term incentive process (Target setting and cascading, tracking and appraisals)
Minimum requirement
3-year Business Degree
5 years+ relevant commercial experience, including experience of best practice Sales, Marketing and Customer marketing in a FMCG environment
Strong bias for action and learning through in-market pilots and tests
Commercial skill and financial acumen (Financial planning in terms of budgeting and budget management)
