Coordinate and control technical services to the approved housing projects Monitor adherence of quality control in the housing projects Conduct site inspections and site meetings with contractors
Communicate with province on the inspection of houses and regular progress on meetings with contractors and stakeholders Do project management on the housing projects Assists contractors with building regulations and specifications Compile reports on inspections
See that all agreements are in place and communicate problems with Head of Department Liaise with relevant ward councilors on inspections and progress on site
