RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established contractor is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join their team for a multi-storey building project in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and construction activities
Manage site staff, subcontractors, and project resources
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
Monitor health and safety compliance on site
Coordinate with professional teams, suppliers, and clients
Report on project progress and resolve site-related challenges efficiently
Requirements:
BTech/BSc in Construction Management/National Diploma in Building or similar qualifications
Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Site Agent managing building projects
Proven experience on multi-storey building developments
Strong knowledge of construction processes, site coordination, and programme management
Ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, quality, safety, and project delivery
Based in the Western Cape with strong local industry and supplier knowledge
Excellent communication and leadership skills
