Building Supervisor (3 Months Fixed Term Contract at Tsebo Solution

• Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a Building Supervisor to manage and coordinate building maintenance operations at SASA. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with service level agreements, safety standards, and client requirements while leading a team of maintenance personnel and contractors.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Oversee day-to-day building maintenance activities, including planned and reactive tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage contractors and service providers, including variation requests and performance monitoring.
• Prepare and submit monthly technical reports and documentation.
• Liaise with clients to maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Skills and Competencies    

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage teams and contractors effectively
• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure

Qualifications    

• Matric (Grade 12)
• 5 years’ experience in building maintenance with supervisory responsibilities
• Technical knowledge of building construction and maintenance
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems
