Job Description

• Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional specifications.
• Design and implement business solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and gather feedback.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

• Must have prior experience working within a financial institution (banking environment)
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in relevant related skills
• Assoc. Degree/College Diploma in relevant field of studies.
