Role Summary
- We are seeking a Magento / Adobe Commerce Platform Specialist to join our Technology practice, supporting complex Digital Commerce platforms in the Telecommunications domain, with a strong emphasis on Mobile contract and device sales and supporting Fixed Line Consumer offerings where required.
- This role is suited to a technically strong Application Architect who understands commerce not just as an e‑commerce channel, but in the context of telco-specific product, pricing, and fulfilment complexity—including devices, plans, bundles, contracts, eligibility, and downstream system orchestration.
- The successful candidate will design and govern Magento / Adobe Commerce solutions across headed and headless architectures, while ensuring resilience, performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Experience with Agentic AI—both for SDLC acceleration and as part of customer journeys—is increasingly important in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Architecture & Solution Design
- Act as an Application / Platform Architect for Adobe Commerce (Magento), owning end-to-end technical solution design across:
- Stores, storefronts, and multi-website / multi-store structures
- Product catalogues, pricing, promotions, eligibility, and contract-driven journeys
- Design and govern commerce solutions for Mobile device and contract sales, including:
- Device + plan combinations
- Bundling and offers
- Consumer-focused digital journeys
- Architect solutions across both headed and headless commerce models, including:
- API-first and composable architectures
- Front-end decoupling where required
Magento & Adobe Commerce Expertise
Deep hands-on understanding of:
- Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce, including SaaS and Cloud capabilities
- Core Magento architecture, data models, and extensibility patterns
Evaluate, select, and integrate:
- Magento plugins and 3rd-party modules
- External services such as CMS, search, payments, identity, and fulfilment

Contribute to adoption of Agentic AI, including:
- Using agentic approaches to accelerate the SDLC (design, development, testing, troubleshooting)

- Intelligent decisioning and orchestration
- Operational and care interactions
