Business Analyst at AES Africa

Duties:

• Understanding,analyzing and resolving needs/requirements of the business
• Research and provide efficient, cost effective business processes and solutions to meet
• the needs and requirements of the company
• Facilitating and mentoring across the team
• Maintain and build solid relationships with business users
• Prepare business cases on appropriate technologies that align with the business strategy
• and that will ensure efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma (FTI Diploma preferably)
• 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis within the Value Added Services space of a
• retail environment (Wallet, Money Markets, Money Transfers, Airtime and Data
• etc)
• 5 years’ experience in ERP systems
• Experience with Business Modelling tools - preferably ARIS
