Requirements
Educational Background:

• B Degree or equivalent (e.g., BTech/BSc/BCom in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Research).
• Diploma in Business Analysis

Experience

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in business analysis.
• Proven expertise in business process mapping, modelling, analysis, and re-engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) domain.
• Experience with BPM maturity definition, assessment, and development.
• Knowledge, experience, or qualifications in Financial Markets advantageous

Responsibilities

• Identifying and engaging with stakeholders impacted by initiatives or business needs.
• Planning and executing comprehensive business analysis activities.
• Conducting detailed workflow analyses and consulting with business units to understand objectives, drivers, and structures.
• Eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating requirements for process or system changes.
• Investigating issues, proposing solutions, and analyzing feasibility.
• Collaborating with technical teams to document system specifications, monitor implementation, and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Managing quality, change specifications, and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business needs

Key Deliverables

• Develop and execute a Business Analysis Work Plan.
• Create detailed Business Process Documentation using BPMN in ADOIT for core, support, and management processes.
• Produce:
• Business Process Technology Documentation.
• Change Request Documents (where applicable).
• BPM Maturity Assessment Reports, Development Strategies, and Capability Proposals.
• Prepare training materials and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
