Business Analyst, Debit Order & Transactional at Standard Bank Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

• The use of data to design and build digitized solutions and products in line “with what matters to customers” and staying relevant to our competitors and industry changes.  To use data to improve % of approved transactions.  Understand and resolve queries related to Debit order management lifecycle. Interprets customer data and takes input from Product teams and the stakeholder value chain to develop relevant product components / features and/or services. Analyses all product features, benefits and processes in order to understand the specific value streams that will inform the product digitisation or modernisation, and how the relevant value streams will deliver value for customer.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications

• Type of Qualification: Diploma 
• Field of Study: Business Studies 

Experience Required

• Personal and Business Banking
• Minimum of 3 Years experience in working in a variety of business areas within Personal and Business Banking. Experience within a customer facing environment. Experience in managing multiple client interfaces and dealing with variable issues Experience in interacting and managing a value stream.  Understanding of the bank’s various IT systems and system conditions.  Exposure to operational risk. Experience in implementing projects. Experience in influencing key business stakeholders.
