Business Analyst at Epiroc

Mission

• We are looking to hire a highly driven business analyst to assist the company to improve business efficiency and support the implementation of a new ERP system, M3 which is being implemented through project MORE. The business analyst’s responsibilities involve supporting activities of project MORE through the various stages, communicating to management on progress, concerns, and difficulties face during project implementation. Mapping business processes within a given area of the business and highlighting touch points with different entities within the group. Assist in the generation of material for feedback to management.

Main Responsibilities Or Functions

• Identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks within the business.
• Maintaining, testing, and improving business and systems operations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
• Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
• Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
• Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups.
• Supervising the design of new internal systems and integrations.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related field.
• Proven experience as a business analyst.
• Proven training in Business Process Modelling.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Lucid Charts is advantageous.
• The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
