About the Business Analyst Role

• You’ll play a critical role in turning user needs into business solutions, working closely with both business and technical stakeholders. From requirements gathering to solution delivery, your analytical expertise will shape key products and projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Create and maintain project briefs and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to align on solutions.
• Identify and assess technical options for feasibility and business impact.
• Oversee system implementations and enhancements, ensuring timelines are met.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or software product environments.
• Background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (National Diploma or Degree preferred).
• Prior experience in financial services or fintech is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
