Job Description

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in insurance, particularly in Property & Casualty (P&C), Life, or Health Insurance, and will be responsible for requirement gathering, process analysis, and business solutions implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Create and maintain requirement artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, and use cases.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather insights.
• Support testing teams in defining test cases and validating business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and industry standards.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, claims, and policy administration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with insurance platforms such as Duck Creek, Guidewire, or similar (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CBAP, Agile BA, or insurance-specific credentials.
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven insurance analytics.
• Experience working with global insurance clients.
