Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Architect with expertise in servicing operations to join our team and play a pivotal role in this transformation project. The successful candidate will lead the analysis, design, and integration efforts to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly servicing platform that meets the needs of customers, advisers, and the business.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Architect.
• Strong understanding of servicing processes, customer experience, and contact center operations (call center experience is an advantage).
• Proficiency in business process modeling, data analysis, and solution design methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple stakeholder perspectives.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies for business architecture and process modeling.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, or related discipline).

Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months, with the potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
