Work Output Description
Responsible for the provision of specialist support relating to the deployment and governance of new technologies and process improvement initiatives into the operations of the organisation. The role also encompasses conducting research, trend analyses, feasibility studies and benchmarking exercises to enable overall enhancement of business undertakings

Minimum Requirements

• Advanced Diploma or Degree / NQF 7 Equivalent in Technology, Engineering, Mining or processing
• 3-4 Years Practical experience in a role of similar context or complexity.
• 1-3 Years Data driven project experience

Advantageous

• Certificate / NQF 2-4 Equivalent in Business Improvement Methodology
• Certificate / NQF 2-4 Equivalent in Project Management or PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge)
• BABOK (Business Analysis Body of knowledge) Certification
• Procurement Management (Supply Chain)
• Procurement Experience

Skills and Knowledge

• Supply Chain knowledge inclusive of relevant policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Mine, Health and Safety Act
• Client relations skills
• Project Management skills
• Data Analysis skills
