Business Development Administrator/ Marketing Coordinator at Servest SA

Applications are invited for a vacancy exists for a dynamic and driven Business Development Administrator/ Marketing Coordinator to join a team based at the Head Office in Waterfall. This role reports directly to the Sales Director, in the Shared Services Business Unit.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• National Diploma in Marketing or Communications
• Certificate in Business Administration will be advantageous
• 2+ years’ experience in a Business Development environment or in a Marketing role
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, and knowledge of marketing software (CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting the bid manager in the compilation and preparation of tender documents
• Understanding of statutory requirements when submitting tenders.
• Assisting the bid manager in tender monitoring and sourcing.
• Preparation of Sales Presentations.
• Provide support to the Sales team with day-to-day operations and business administration such as preparing business presentations of a high standard.
• Perform a variety of support functions such as, but not limited to; answering phones, diary management, booking of meetings, attending to queries and minute taking.
• Providing data management through data capturing, retrieving and extracting business related data.
• Maintain and produce a working filing system for departmental documents.

Marketing Functions:

• Assist with planning, managing, implementing, and measuring marketing projects that arise.
• Participate in the development & implementation of go to market plans.
• Manage, plan and implement marketing support projects: ISO, HR, Code of Conduct, Sales etc.
• Assist with researching and collecting information, as well as providing relevant insight reports for the various areas of the business.
• Conduct post implementation reviews (PIR) of each campaign to assess ROI. This includes consolidated and comprehensive monthly reporting on all Marketing and Comms activities.
• As per allocation. Plan manage and implement events (internal and external).
• Develop and maintain relationships with peers, management, agencies and key stakeholders within the business.
