Business Development Key Account Manager at MiRO Distribution

MiRO, a leading distributor of VoIP, IP Surveillance, and Wired & Wireless networking equipment is looking for a Key Account Development Executive at our Gauteng Branch.

     Your own reliable transportation is a must.

• Salary:  Market related
• Office hours: Mon-Fri (08:00-17:00)

Objectives: 

• To be accountable for the performance & development of the key account portfolio ensuring that their growth is in-line with the company’s objectives.

Job Description: 

• Successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of long-term trusting relationships with the organisations key accounts by identifying the customer’s needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Upsell our diverse product portfolio by identifying opportunities and solutions that our brands will offer the Key accounts.
• Candidate should be target driven and able to work under pressure.

Gather, report and communicate feedback to management.

Qualifications: 

• Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary qualification.

Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, key account management, or related field with a proven track record and contactable references.
• Experience in the IT/ICT industry advantages.
• Experience with CRM system e.g. SAP advantages.

Other Skills:

• Strong customer-orientation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate at executive board room level.
• Self-starter with the ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and work under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Computer literate (Proficient in Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Own Transport and drivers licence essential.
