Proactively source and identify new institutional customers to onboard as well as corporate partnerships such as Telecoms, Corporates, Banks, NBFI’s.
Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
Grow Binance’s market position and drive profitability across the entire product portfolio - including registration, deposit and tradeDevelop new business opportunities across different channels in Southern Africa and maintain relationships with clients.
Create and execute localized strategies to aid in the adoption of crypto-based ecosystem
Increase operational efficiency throughout the business development organization.
Cross functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies.
Requirements:
Knowledge and interest in the world of cryptocurrency is a must
10+ years experience in sales and client services function with an international financial background in banking, investments, etc.
Client portfolio including Proprietary desk, institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc.
Effective communicator able to represent Binance to external stakeholders and liaise with internal teams such as legal, compliance, AML, etc.
Demonstrated track record of delivering on growth metrics, such as web traffic, leads, client conversations, and revenue generation.
