As a Brand Activations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our future sales pipeline and targets as we expand our customer base. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and a passion for driving growth, and a hunger for world domination!
The key focuses will be to seek out, bring in, negotiate and close all new sponsors, partners and affiliates into successful campaign integrations across our media channels. You'll work closely with sponsorship agents and hosts to ensure seamless activation, tailored to each sponsor's unique offering and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Motivate and drive fellow team members to ensure high performance and productivity.
Identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalated customer issues effectively.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors' activities.
Collaboratively work with sponsorship agents to hand over newly secured sponsors, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of their campaign goals.
Ensuring alignment with sponsor objectives with Accounts Teams and Boost's content standards.
Maintain direct communication with sponsors, providing regular updates and campaign progress.
Skills and Experience Required:
Strong affinity for the crypto space, with a keen understanding of its dynamics and audience engagement strategies.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Analytical mindset, with proficiency in compiling and presenting campaign performance data.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
