Business Development Specialist (Ancillary Revenue Income & Catering) - Kempton Park
Ensure that all requirements are executed optimally, training material is developed and executed where needed;
Manage key micro-business areas and commercial contracts within the airline, with a specific focus on ancillary revenue partnership and management of key products;
Ensure that systems and procedures are put in place, and adhered to;
Maximise annual revenue income streams, including subscription services, long-term contracts, and loyalty programs;
Manage the Commercial contracts to optimise our catering services, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with customer expectations;
Skilfully handle conflicts and disputes, focusing on resolution while safeguarding the company's interests;
Utilise data analytics to assess revenue and catering performance and make informed decisions for continuous improvement;
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners;
To manage relationships and expectations between internal departments and external partners;
Provide operational insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability;
Coordinate and drive operational elements of key contracts and products.
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12;
Degree in B.Com, Business Science or B.Eng. (Alternatively an Industrial Engineer with an interest and aptitude for Commercial Management);
2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
Knowledge of Business Administration or Business Operations;
Knowledge of E-Commerce and Business Process;
Ability to use basic business software and management reporting;
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Project Management knowledge.
