    Ramp Agent (JHB)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure Safety regulations is adhered at all times regarding Dangerous Goods;
    • Ensure general safety and security around the aircraft;
    • Obtain boarding clearance for passengers from the crew;
    • Supervise the loading and offloading of baggage and cargo;
    • Advise ground handling partner of any load changes;
    • Effective turnarounds/reducing delays by ensuring that all handling agents and service providers are in place for arrivals;
    • Conduct ramp safety audits when required;
    • Ensure ramp vehicles are clean and fuelled.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12;
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a commercial airline environment;
    • Ramp handling experience will be a definite advantage;
    • Code 08 Drivers License;
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
    • No criminal record.

    Customer Service Agent (CPT)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings and flight changes including explaining rules, terms and conditions, regulations and procedures as and when required;
    • Assist customers when there are flight disruptions and/or cancellations;
    • Handle and safeguard of confidential information;
    • Address any complaints in a professional and timeous manner;
    • Escalate any problematic issues to the Supervisor on duty;
    • Provide professional Customer service at all times.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12;
    • Airport experience and ticket sales within an aviation concern;
    • Able and willing to work on weekends, public holidays, flexible hours, and shifts, as and when required;
    • Good knowledge and understanding of a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
    • Excellent understanding of delivering great customer service;
    • Excellent written and verbal command of the English language including proper phone etiquette;

    Business Development Specialist (Ancillary Revenue Income & Catering) - Kempton Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure that all requirements are executed optimally, training material is developed and executed where needed;
    • Manage key micro-business areas and commercial contracts within the airline, with a specific focus on ancillary revenue partnership and management of key products;
    • Ensure that systems and procedures are put in place, and adhered to;
    • Maximise annual revenue income streams, including subscription services, long-term contracts, and loyalty programs;
    • Manage the Commercial contracts to optimise our catering services, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with customer expectations;
    • Skilfully handle conflicts and disputes, focusing on resolution while safeguarding the company's interests;

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinate and drive the commercial elements of key contracts and products;
    • Ensure that all requirements are executed optimally;
    • Ensure that systems and procedures are put in place;
    • Drive key micro-business areas and commercial contracts within the airline, with a specific focus on revenue partnership and management of key products;
    • Monitor or coordinate the integration and utilisation of APIs, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal functionality;
    • Ensure business requirements are met through regular engagement with Partners and internal stakeholders;
    • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance our services;
    • Negotiate with partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements, focusing on pricing, terms, and conditions;
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure successful partnership integration;
