REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree with English as a subject and three (3) years relevant experience or a three (3) year National Diploma with English as a subject and four (4) years relevant experience. The successful candidate must be highly computer literate, detail-oriented and have a high level of English proficiency, in-depth technical knowledge and expertise in the field, excellent verbal and writing skills, good listening skills and ability to prioritize, work independently and under pressure.

Duties:

• The incumbent will plan, organize and administer the work of statutory and management committees.
•  He/she will compile agendas, write reports and minutes, compile and maintain decision and resolution registers, keep records, plan and compile the University’s annual academic calendar and schedule of meetings and perform related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Relevant National Diploma coupled with least 2 years relevant administrative experience. Knowledge of ITS will be an added advantage.

Duties:

• Opening of student files for first time entering students.
• Filling of student's documents and records into the student's files.
• Keeping file movement register.
• Updating of student files.
• Issuing and receiving of student files to/from end users.
• Safekeeping of student files and records.
• General routine office administration.

Requirements:

• National Diploma coupled with two years of relevant experience and working knowledge of computer applications.

Duties:

• Assist in the printing of all request jobs submitted by stakeholders.
• Taking daily meter readings.
• Enter requisitions for duplication on the ITS for control.
