    Lecturer: Higher Certificate in Mobile Application and Web Development (Part-Time)

    Minimum Education Requirements:

    • A 3-year degree in Computer Science and Information Systems

    Alternatively:

    • A  3-year diploma with a similarly related field to the third-year level

    Student Advisor - Durban

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Presentation Target

    • Deliver engaging presentations at targeted schools, showcasing the benefits of our institution.
    • The ability to deliver a great presentation to potential students is crucial.
    • Distribute marketing materials and interact with students to generate interest and enquiries.
    • Represent our brand at career expos and other stakeholder events.
    • Achieve monthly presentation targets as per school priorities.

    Database Collection

    • Meet monthly targets for collecting school databases to expand our reach.

    Interview Target

    • Make proactive calls to prospective students, scheduling interviews to meet daily and weekly targets.
    • Follow up on online applications, ensuring proof of payments and scheduling appointments.
    • Provide prompt responses to online and telephonic enquiries.
    • Conduct interviews following an established script, building rapport with students and parents.

    Application Target

    Alumni Relations Manager - Midrand

    Duties and Responsibilities :

    Alumni Engagement Strategy

    • Execute a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy that aligns with the institution’s goals and objectives.
    • Promote alumni interest and support.
    • Work with the IIE, governance committees and external stakeholders to establish robust pre- alumni and alumni benefits, recognition and partnerships.
    • Develop, analyse and interpret the implications of alumni research feedback/ surveys and apply insights to improve alumni engagement.
    • Develop initiatives to engage alumni to market the Institution.
    • Develop a focused business development plan to identify opportunities for graduates

    Stakeholder Management

    • Cultivate strong relationships with alumni by understanding their needs, interests, and aspirations.
    • Maintain, conceptualize and foster new and existing external stakeholder partnerships, alumni chapters, affinity groups and industry association for example Golden Key Society
    • Work closely with the Career Centre Manager to ensure smooth transition between career services offering to pre-alumni, to alumni service offerings alumni access to the Alumni Career platform and promote the alumni adoption thereof.
    • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including faculty members, staff, students, and external partners, to leverage their expertise and resources in engaging alumni.
