    Business Enablement Manager

    Responsibilities

    Sales Team, Credit and Processing Centre: 

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative matters between the Sales team, Credit and the processing centre team. 
    • Work cross functionally with divisional counterparts on initiatives to simplify and improve ease of business including but not limited to the Processing Centre, and Credit Management etc. 
    • Streamline communication and workflow processes to ensure efficient resolution of dealer queries and requests. 
    • Identify and address administrative bottlenecks to improve the overall dealer experience. 

    Strategic Formulation: 

    • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Managers to formulate strategies aimed at improving the performance of the sales, credit, and processing teams. 
    • Provide strategic insights using data provided to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 
    •  Develop and implement action plans to achieve strategic goals and objectives. 

     Administrative Coordination: 

    • Coordinate administrative support for the sales, credit, and processing centre teams, ensuring efficient operations. 
    • Oversee the management of documents, records, and other administrative materials. 

    Team Management: 

    • Manage a team of retail analysts, credit analysts, training and sales support, providing guidance, coaching, and support. 
    •  Set performance goals and expectations for team members and conduct regular performance evaluations. 
    •  Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. 

    Compliance: 

    •  Ensure that all training programs and activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies. 
    •  Maintain accurate records of training completion and compliance documentation. 
    •  Stay up to date on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to training and compliance.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 
    • 10 years of experience in relevant industry - e.g., automotive, and or financial services with a focus on sales, credit lending, or operations. 
    • Proven experience in planning, and administrative coordination.
