Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that transform data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik)
• Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and availability across various reporting platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Analysts, and Business Units
• Monitor performance of BI tools and implement enhancements or fixes as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar data-focused role
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts
• Hands-on experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with Python, R, or other data scripting languages
• Understanding of data governance and security best practices
