Business Intelligence Head at ASIE Personnel

Qualification & Experience Required

• Post Graduate Degree
• 8+ Years BI Head/Management experience

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a cycle of medium-term improvements to drive profitability and strategic objectives through BI
• Develop a BI service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client services
• Develop BI Framework, Data Extraction, Data Staging, Data Transformations and Data Quality, Data Loading, Dimensional Modelling, Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) and Data Mining strategy plan
• Control the management of agreed BI projects to ensure successful implementation within agreed time lines and ensure effectiveness of projects by investigation the integrated nature of the project, requirements must be distributed to all affected Business units in order that they prioritise the project
• Develop and maintain Data-Content standards to be used within assigned segment and/or product house by performing data profiling, conducting complex Logical Data Modelling, Data Acquisition and Access Analysis to Devise New Logical Data Models, processes and procedures in need
• Analyse and develop business intelligence based on data analysed, data collected, reviewed, and incorporate all internal and external benchmarking data for future solutions
