    Business Process Analyst

    THE POSITION:

    You will be required to conduct process assessment and change within a wide range of organisational functions and processes, including HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and within discreet Client Campaigns.

    • Solid understanding of business process optimisation and automation is critical.
    • They will be an effective communicator to internal and external stakeholders, and clients in particular. 

    Special consideration will be given to Candidates that can demonstrate success within:

    • Organisational
    • Ideally, the successful candidate may have formal qualifications within Change Management alongside a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. The candidate must be proficient in using google suite. 
    • They may be used to working at pace within a busy CX Interaction Centre or BPO, retain an ethical, value-led orientation, and be able to work within collegiate and collaborative workstreams and environments. 
    • The successful candidate will demonstrate a highly effective, results-orientated, practice. They will be familiar with the leading tools and software technologies within process and business analysis,, CX Interaction Centres, and Contact Centres.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, designing and implementing changes to business processes in order to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The candidate will help both the company as well as our clients adopt innovative business practices and processes supported by relevant technologies where applicable.

     You will:

    Assess current processes at strategic, tactical, and operating levels, identifying opportunities for improvement within:

    • Quality
    • Speed
    • Dependability
    • Flexibility
    • Cost

     Extract, document, and manage business requirements to help shape identified needs into a business solution

    • Leading or conducting solution assessment and validation to ensure that functional specifications meet the identified business needs within the organisation; Conducts complex problem analysis and resolution as needed
    • Work diligently with the Project Manager, internal and external stakeholders, to refine, revise, and introduce new and updated
    • Map processes (“to be” and “as is”), customer journeys, touchpoints, interfaces, and conduct maturity
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the desired outcomes from the process
    • Identify process requirements, delivery timelines, resources, risks, benefits, costs, and
    • Digitally develop and maintain detailed project and process
    • Assign and manage the deployment of discrete tasks, relative to the process improvement, across disparate functions and
    • Regularly report on individual process performance, revising the content and presentation to meet differing stakeholder
    • Recognising process and change risks and effectively deploying mitigating
    • Always deliver change in the right way; on time, within budget, and to the agreed
