You are responsible for defining and leading fast-paced, complex, biggest value compliance and transformational projects within or across organisational units (OUs).Projects could include process simplification and automation, system changes or upgrades, external compliance changes driven by government regulations, acquisition and divestitures, corporate restructures, supply network, go-to-market, and organizational redesigns. This requires individuals to have strong domain mastery and P&G business model acumen, change management and communication skills who work across geographies and across functions.
You lead project or program teams to deliver changes that result in business value.Project Management includes planning and estimating the work, leading execution, communicating inside and outside the project, delivering to agreed project specifications (cost/resources, time, scope, quality), applying relevant practices and methods to accelerate and optimize project effectiveness and speed, managing changes in specifications and plans, following compliance requirements, and foreseeing and resolving risks, issues, and opportunities.Program Management work includes designing the program’s value, establishing organisation and leadership connections, planning costs, schedule, risks, and business transformations, and ensuring compliance across all projects that interrelate to form the program.
Project and Program Managers must be experienced in selecting and using appropriate methodologies and tools that fit the project or program needs and their team’s capabilities.
