• Based in Cape Town office, our client is looking for someone to work with their heavy hitters in London where you won’t just be “managing systems”, you’ll be the one ensuring systems and architecture are unimpeachable.

• Command the Machine: You’ll take full operational ownership of our CRM and billing systems. When a glitch tries to disrupt our flow, you don’t just “troubleshoot”- you put it down before it reaches the client
• Architect Efficiency: Don’t just watch the wheels turn, make them spin faster. You’ll identify bottlenecks and implement workflow enhancements that turn “good enough” into FLAWLESS
• Unimpeachable Data Integrity: In this business, data is our greatest asset. You’ll act as the Guardian of Data Hygiene, ensuring every record is clean, accurate, and ready for a cross-examination
• The Technical Authority: You’ll be the bridge between complex tech and the people who use it. You’ll provide the guidance and training that turns our internal teams into a well-oiled machine
