Business Transformation Specialist - Finance at The South African Breweries (SAB)

As the world’s leading brewer, we at AB InBev family are always on the lookout for bold decision-makers, who are ready for responsibility and thirsty for innovation, to join our teams in Africa.  The Business Transformation Specialist in Finance is responsible for the end-to-end capability design of Network Capability Centre (NoCC) services in order to transition functions/processes effectively into the NoCC Operations.

So, what does a Business Transformation Specialist do? The successful incumbent will be responsible for assessing as-is capabilities for efficiency, effectiveness, performance and compliance when evaluating new demand inflow to NoCC. In addition the role will be responsible for re-engineering processes and design to-be capability prior to transition to the NoCC for service delivery efficiency, effectiveness, performance and compliance​

The ideal candidate is someone who holds a BCom Accounting, BBusSc, BSc Computer Science (or equivalent) with a good understanding of:

• Cashbook
• General ledger
• Group reporting
• Treasury
• Fixed assets

Miminum requirements include (but not limited to):

• Must have end-to-end accounting knowledge
• Agile project management experience is advantageous
• Continuous improvement expertise and problem solving skills​
• Skill in analysing complex issues to determine root causes and innovative solutions
• Six Sigma, Lean Practitioner or Business Process Re-engineering certification favorable
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in and understand multi-cultural environment, interacting with various countries, Global and Zone teams
• Leadership, influencing, and team building skills
• Strategic, creative and innovative thinker, with a business oriented mindset
