About the Role

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic sales team. We are looking for someone who is driven, exceptional in communication and overall ready to become a leader.

• Handle outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics and targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sale or call centre environment. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities. 
• Proficient in using basic computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 -2 years' experience in a Call Center environment. 
• Matric/NQF Level 4.
• South African ID.
