Job Summary:

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Call Center Cold Calling Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team.
• The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully cold calling and closing sales over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script
• Introduce products or services to prospects and highlight key features and benefits
• Qualify leads and Close Sales
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance

Requirements:

• 6 Months + Experience in Cold Calling and Telemarketing / Call center Environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively handle objections and negotiate sales
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Matric / Grade 12 / NQF level 4
