We’re hiring a Supervisor to join our Insurance Outbound Telesales team, at our Cape Town head office (where we operate a hybrid workplace), and reporting to our Call Centre Manager.
In this role, you'll assist the Call Centre Insurance Manager lead and manage the effectiveness of the department - ensuring that acceptable levels of sales, quality and compliance are being maintained. Managing, supporting and mentoring the sales consultants is a key part of the job.
Successful applicants will have 3+ years of supervisor or team leader exp' in an outbound call centre, as well as 3+ years of prior direct sales exp' (preferably in telesales). Also, you'll have started / completed your FAIS accreditation.
