Minimum Qualification Required

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 

Minimum Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years short-term insurance experience
• Minimum 3 years Claims experience
• 2 years Supervisory/Management experience
• Solid understanding of the claims system and claims procedures: inclusive of claims, investigations, procurement and legal department processes
• Motor and Non motor claims experience
• Commercial Claims experience will be beneficial

Essential Requirements

• Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
• Comprehensive knowledge of legal liability and state regulations
• Thorough knowledge of claims investigation techniques
