Campaign Manager at Old Mutual South Africa

Job Description

This role is responsible for all Direct and Digital campaigns across all social media platforms. This includes decision making, implementation and coordination of campaigns and initiatives. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through the efforts of others, over periods of up to a year.

Key Result Areas:

• Manages end to end campaign and the sale support functions that support these campaigns
• Conceptualises, plans, executes and evaluates campaigns
• Develops reporting for all campaigns
• Ensures effective stakeholder management - for both internal and external
• Supports operational improvements to drive efficiencies
• Champions implementation of technology improvements
• Drives improvements through self-enabled and centrally-supported analytics capability
• Forms a very strong link to via the sales support and leads related deliverables
