Canvassing Agent - National Contact Centre - Cape Town (Fixed Term)

The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Conducting high quality interviews and interactions with voters
- Quality capturing of data collected in the contact centre and in the field
- Accurate tracing of voter information
Minimum requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Proficiency in English and at least one other national language
- Relevant experience in a call centre or customer services environment
- Experience in database capturing (advantageous)
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
