MCG, a group of international businesses specializing in people-services, is seeking an experienced Cash Manager to join our dynamic and growing team based in Umhlanga, Durban.

As our Cash Manager, you will play an integral role in managing our financial operations, including moving funds around, avoiding duplications, and transferring funds around the group. You'll also maintain an understanding of banking systems and regulations, prepare cash flow projections and reports, execute intercompany transfers, reconcile bank accounts, and collaborate with other departments to improve our financial processes.

We're looking for a collaborative team player with a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in cash management. You'll need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a must, and knowledge of SAFE Financials is a plus.
