Cashbook Clerk at Flash Group

Job Role:

• To allocate, capture reconcile and submit supplier statements for payment on timely basis to enable the team to meet reporting deadlines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• 2 - 3 experience in similar role
• 2 - 3 experience in Sage 300
• Knowledge of MS Excel Intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Processing all general expense for all bank accounts 
• Processing all receipts on the cashbook module for all accounts
• Processing all bank transfer and bank charges
• Processing all petty cash request timeously
• Managing daily payment request and pop
• Reconcile bank statement monthly statements
• Managing payment box request
• On occasion, when required to fill in for creditor clerk and cashflow clerk for backup
• Liaise with Creditors for the timely resolution of queries
• Enforce Company policies and limits
• Other adhoc tasks
• Raising of accruals and subsequent management where required
