Catering Manager (HC) at Tsebo Solution

• Fedics is in search of a Catering Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational management of a Key Account. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality standard of deliverables in line with site specific SLA’s, manage client relations, perform site visits, support and develop the site management. Overall responsibility is to ensure the site is managed according to budgeted costings and growth targets and to ensure all standards are adhered to in line with best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Take full responsibility for the management and operation of the unit.
• Work effectively in a demanding environment.
• Set and manage service delivery standards.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop the team.
• Implement and maintain operational controls in line with budgetary requirements.
• Ensure the quality of food preparation, presentation, and service meets Fedics standards.
• Ensure compliance with all Fedics policies and procedures.
• Manage daily HR and IR matters, including training, development, and performance management.
• Analyse and anticipate client needs and potential complaints.
• Take responsibility for all functions by organising, preparing, and coordinating activities.
• Manage all administration, finances, debtors, budgets, and related functions.
• Process Fedics documentation and compile and interpret weekly and monthly P&L reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers on a daily basis.
• Be willing to work long hours and weekends when required.
• Stay abreast of the latest food trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications    

• Matric and Culinary Tertiary qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role/ Management experince Familiar accounting systems
• Previous experience in the Healthcare Space would be highly advantageous.
