Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support for CCTV, Access Control, Time and Attendance systems, and VMS Platforms.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
• Conduct system installations, configurations, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and reporting.
• Travel to client sites as required to provide on-site support and training.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of advanced experience in CCTV, Access Control, Time and Attendance systems, and VMS Platforms.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and project implementations.
• Excellent reporting and client communication skills.
• Own transport is essential.

• Minimum educational qualification: Matric Certificate.
