• Define preventative maintenance checklist for each model of equipment on MARC site.
• Manage scheduled oil sampling data and recommend preventative maintenance interventions.
• Manage VIMS data and Minestar health information.
• Manage run fleet productivity optimisation program.
• Ensure effective self-management and performance ownership.
• Achieve team Balance Scorecard.
• Achieve applicable Service Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Ensure Personal Development Action Plan is in place and adhere to

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Qualified Artisan (Mechanic in relevant trade i.e. Diesel / Earthmoving).
• 5 years post-apprentice / learner ship experience.
• Demonstrated practical and theoretical training skills.
• Sound interpersonal relationship skills.
• Computer Literate (MS Office,
• Trouble shooting, problem solving and failure analysis skills.
• Caterpillar product knowledge.
• Familiar with the use of Service Technician Workbench.
• Experience in analysing oil sampling and trends (advantage).
