CFS- CML Loan Administrator at Pepkor Lifestyle

Job Purpose:

• To effectively execute debtor transactions and ensure accurate, timely account management, customer query resolution, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate execution of debtor transactions, including loan disbursements, cancellations, settlements, refunds, and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries in a detailed and timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company standards.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve account management exceptions and issues efficiently.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with customers, both verbal and written, ensuring expectations are managed and feedback is positive.

Competency Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP (CML module preferred).
• Ability to investigate and resolve account and customer queries accurately.
• Intermediate bookkeeping and financial data entry skills.
• Attention to detail, numerical reasoning, and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Customer service oriented, investigative mindset, and excellence-driven.
• Knowledge of financial services products, internal control processes, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Pepkor Lifestyle /CFS policies, account lifecycle, and month-end processes.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Matric certificate and a tertiary qualification.
• At least 2 years’ experience in loan administration or financial account management.
