    Business Analyst CA (SA)

    Job Description

    • Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking a newly qualified, highly skilled, and commercially astute Business Analyst – CA(SA). This key role is responsible for delivering end-to-end business and process analysis, fulfilling a crucial project management function, and providing essential financial analysis for the retail division.
    • This role is suited to a qualified CA(SA) with strong business analysis expertise, financial insight, and project delivery experience who can translate complex business needs into efficient, scalable solutions that optimise business performance across the organisation.

    Key Responsibilities

    Financial Analysis & Reporting

    • Own the full function of incentives for operations department
    • Design and implement financial models for analysis
    • Do monthly reporting on brands and stores

    Business Analysis & Process Optimisation

    • Analyse, document, and improve existing business processes and systems
    • Design and implement fit-for-purpose processes aligned to the Pepkor Lifestyle operating model
    • Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements
    • Apply industry-standard business analysis methodologies and tools
    • Provide commercial insight

    Project & Programme Management

    • Initiate, plan, and manage projects through the full project lifecycle
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project and implementation plans
    • Manage risk, issue, and decision logs, ensuring ownership and closure
    • Drive solution testing, validation, implementation, and handover to operations
    • Prepare and present SteerCo packs with internal teams and service providers
    • Drive quote approvals and purchase order processes where required

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Partner with Product Owners, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and external stakeholders
    • Ensure compliance with Pepkor Lifestyle policies, governance, and ethical standards

    Minimum Requirements

    • Chartered Accountant – CA(SA) (essential)
    • Relevant university degree (BCom or similar)
    • Advanced MS Office proficiency

    Area Manager (HiFi / IC)

    Introduction

    • We are looking for an experienced Area Manager that will be responsible for overseeing multiple retail furniture stores within a designated area.
    • They will be responsible for ensuring that all stores meet sales targets, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
    • The Area Manager will also be tasked with recruiting, training, and managing Branch managers and sales staff to ensure a high level of performance and teamwork.

    Description

    • Ensure profitability in their Area of responsibility through daily planning, leading, controlling and organizing of all resources while driving superior customer service and a shopping environment that drives sales through all Branch mangers.

    Key duties

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
    • Monitor store performance and financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues
    • Conduct regular branch visits and check lists to ensure adherence to company standards and provide support and guidance to Branch managers
    • Recruit, train, and develop Branch managers and sales staff to cultivate a high-performing team
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to Branch managers and sales staff
    • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify trends and make necessary improvements
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to align strategies and initiatives across branches
    • Effectively manage inventory levels and ensure that merchandise is displayed in an appealing and organized manner
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety, security, and operational guidelines

    Minimum requirements

    • Grade 12
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years of experience in furniture retail
    • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets in a retail environment
    • Valid drivers license

    CFS- CML Loan Administrator

    Job Purpose:

    • To effectively execute debtor transactions and ensure accurate, timely account management, customer query resolution, and communication.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Timely and accurate execution of debtor transactions, including loan disbursements, cancellations, settlements, refunds, and reconciliations.
