Malander is seeking Newly Qualified Chartered Accountants for a prestigious client based in Cape Town for a period of 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for talented individuals looking to advance their careers in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate would need to be available to start immediately.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports;
Oversee financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations;
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives;
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and record-keeping in SAP RE;
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Newly qualified CA(SA);
SAP RE (Real Estate);
Cape Town based;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Proficiency in SAP RE or similar financial systems;
Knowledge of financial reporting standards and audit regulations;
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
