Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Mohair and Wool Industry
• In depth knowledge of the different wool/mohair qualities
• Knowledge of warehouse functioning
• Must be able to function in a team and be able to motivate the team.
• Must be able to work under pressure in order to meet production targets.
• Good communicational skills, bilingual (Xhosa/Afrikaans/English)

Key performance Areas

• Ensure that the quality of fibre is according to the correct types and standards of Mohair Classing Standards
• Data collection is submitted to the line manager correctly and deadlines are met.
• Ensure that the workstations are kept clean and tidy by the sorters.
• Ensure that all the administration functions are up to standard in the binning department.
• Ensure that PPE is worn by all staff.
• Ensuring a safe environment in the binning department.
• Carrying out any other allocated tasks
