Required core competencies:

• A degree or diploma in Industrial Chemistry.
• At least 10 years of experience specifically dealing with detergents.
• Understanding of surfactant and antimicrobial products and emulsions.
• Strong QA and ISO systems knowledge.
• Exposure to plant trials in a factory environment.
• Great communication skills, a methodical approach and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership ability with a team player attitude.
