Chief Of Staff at JUMO.WORLD

The Role

• As Chief of Staff you will be assisting in managing operations, producing strategic analyses, and overseeing key projects. You will be based in Cape Town, South Africa and will report to the Chief Executive // Growth & New Markets (GNM).

In this role, you’ll

• Provide tactical support - deck / presentation making (internal meetings, Board / investor), note- and minute-taking (SteerCo, etc.)
• Coordination of individuals (e.g. compiling decks, disseminating information (emails to SteerCo)), including working groups as relevant
• Strategic projects - initiatives in various areas that is not exclusively related to a single functional area; e.g. Commercial
• Talent onboarding & control - standardizing experience & ways of working into GNM, training individuals in key tactical skills
• Developing elements of GNMs operational strategy with the CEO // GNM
• Structuring and informing executive decision-making, including producing ad-hoc analyses and quantitative models to support key decisions

Capabilities

•  Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and comfort in designing and executing quantitative analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years’ experience within management consulting, or other related backgrounds
